Vice Mayor, Bullhead City
Mark R. Clark, Vice Mayor of Bullhead City, was appointed to the Authority by Governor Ducey in December of 2017 as a person who represents an entity located in a county adjacent to the mainstream of the Colorado River that holds a valid contract with the Secretary of the Interior executed before June 1, 1996 for a diversion and beneficial consumptive use of Colorado River water in that county. In addition to having served on the Bullhead City Council since of May of 2009, Mr. Clark is also the President of QPC INC. In this capacity, he serves as the Manager of the Mohave Valley Irrigation and Drainage District, an ADEQ Certified water and wastewater operator and a Certified Cash Manager. He serves on numerous advisory committees, authorities and associations many of which are related to water including the Mohave County Water Authority where he currently serves as the Vice-Chairman.
Mr. Clark received his MBA from Indiana University, is married and lives in Bullhead City, Arizona.
