Eric Braun
Eric Braun was appointed to the AWBA Commission by Governor Ducey in February 2021 as the person appointed pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-211 who represents an entity that holds a Central Arizona Project municipal and industrial subcontract.
Mr. Braun is the Water Resources Manager for the Town of Gilbert, where he oversees water policy development, water portfolio management, and the efficient use of all of Gilbert's water resources. His education includes a Master's of Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Parks and Recreation Management. He also serves as the Board Treasurer for Advocacy 31Nine, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for the educational needs of Arizona’s youth that have been impacted by the foster care system. Mr. Braun and his wife Natalie have three children together. During his miniscule free time, Mr. Braun likes to backpack in the wilderness and he can occasionally convince his wife to accompany him.
